Provide Proof of Purchase
Include your order number and, if reporting a damaged or unhealthy plant, please attach clear photographs of the rose and its packaging.
Package Your Return
For non-living items, ensure products are in their original packaging; for plants, follow our specific guidelines to protect the root system during transit.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a healthy replacement rose during the next planting season.
